Thursday's meeting started with a presentation on "Sand Scoops" by Bill, he brought in several different types that he had constructed, kinda like prototypes.

He is trying to create the perfect scoop for his detecting needs. They all looked pretty good to me. We had 4 visitors this month new to the club, I hope they will consider becoming members. Next month's meeting will be very busy, It is our annual  X-MAS gift exchange, be sure to bring a gift $20 limit, If you would like to participate but it is not necessary. Also we will be voting for "hunter of the year" and club officer positions. President, Vice President, Treasurer and refreshment supervisor. This month's winners were as follows:

There were several great find's this month, Silver coins including a Peace dollar, gold rings and other jewelry and a nice silver spoon that looked old. See you next month!
